Psychotherapy is about understanding those aspects of your unconscious mind that feel like they are holding you back. In other words, what are the unconscious patterns that cause you to think and act in ways that you know are harmful or unhealthy?
As your therapist, I offer you a safe, supportive, and confidential space to talk through your feelings and frustrations. This is a way to learn more about yourself and your patterns of relating to others. I’m trained to hear you, and to work compassionately with you to help you understand those patterns and emotions. This process can strengthen your sense of self, and it can lead to real growth and change.
